As a busy, working person with food allergies, I’m always on the lookout for new, healthy snacks.

I found these delicious, certified gluten-free crackers at my local meat market (thanks, Schinkel’s!). I tried the original flavour, but you can mix it up with these ones, too:
- Rosemary and olive oil
- Roasted garlic
- Toasted onion
They are crunchy (hence, the name), slightly nutty, and would taste amazing with cheese (for those of you who can eat it), hummus, dips … basically use anywhere! They’re also baked and not fried in unhealthy oils, and contain quinoa for added protein.
Allergy alert: These crackers do contain soy (from gluten-free tamari), sesame seeds (it’s what makes them nutty but delicious) and corn (in the form of maltodextrin).
Overall, these are delicious, more nutritious than a soda cracker (which are basically the equivalent to eating paper), and quick to grab. Four stars!
